Hello and Welcome
I have lived in the South West of England my whole life. I was born in Devon, grew up in West Dorset, and finally settled back in Devon. Surrounded by beautiful beaches and Dartmoor at my doorstep, I am incredibly spoilt for choice when it comes to my photography.
At home I am very much a country girl. I am the owner of a beautiful Border Collie's called Fionn (above), and I love exploring the Devonshire countryside. Alongside the walking, I train and compete in agility and rally obedience.
My other love is for horses, which I was introduced to as a young girl in the shape of a lanky Welsh Pony by the name of Rolo. The obsession never left me, and my fondest memories are of galloping around the countryside.
The Photography
I fell into photography around 10 years ago whilst studying my A-Levels. I then moved straight on to study a BA in photography at Exeter College and Plymouth University to be awarded with a 1st class degree at the end.
Alongside this I got a job photographing local equestrian events. I quickly realised that photographing my two main passions in life was what I was destined to do, and so my journey began.
Since then, photography has taken me all over the country, covering some of the most exciting events in the equestrian calendar, including the Hickstead Derby, Royal International Horse Show, the Chedington 5* Horse Trials at Bicton and Bolesworth British Young Horse Championships.
